pbmr update faild, not recognize by control panel any more

i update bmr in 457,when status to 9%,says usb connection established, please reboot wheel base and retry, but after many time reboot and replug usb to pc.still fail. so i close firmware updater.and ui dont recognize anymore.open firmware manager, not recognize too,and bmr led is not light.i think it is dead
